Terms and Conditions & Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern your membership and use of our program. By enrolling, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Billing Terms

1.1 Trial Period

Your membership begins with a 30-day trial period at $1. After the trial period ends, your membership will automatically renew at the applicable monthly rate.

1.2 Monthly Subscription Pricing

After your trial period, your membership will automatically renew at one of the following monthly rates:

• Founding Member Rate: $7/month (available for a limited time during the launch period)
• Standard Rate: $12/month (standard pricing after the founding member period ends)

Your rate is determined by when you join. Once locked in, your monthly rate will not increase as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.

1.3 Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle.

1.4 Payment Methods

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You are responsible for updating your payment method if it changes or expires. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Trial Period

The $1 trial period fee is non-refundable. This fee provides you immediate access to all membership content and resources.

2.2 Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Once you are charged for a month, you will retain access for that full billing period, but no refund will be issued. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

2.3 Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion only in the following circumstances:

• Billing errors where you were charged incorrectly
• Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the program content for a substantial portion of your billing period, and the issue was reported to us in a timely manner

To request an exception refund, contact us at the email address provided in Section 10 with details of the issue.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

3.2 Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the program content until the end of your current paid billing period. After that date, your access will be terminated, and you will no longer be able to view member content or resources.

3.3 Rejoining

If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, you may do so at the current membership rate at that time. Previous membership rates (such as founding member pricing) may no longer be available.

4. Access & Content Use

4.1 Member Access

Your membership provides access to educational content, resources, community features, and any other materials included in The Demystified Collective program. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your login information with others or allow anyone else to access your account. Each membership is for individual use only.

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share program content without permission
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute videos, worksheets, or other materials
• Use the program content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5. User Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
• Maintain current payment information
• Use the program content responsibly and in accordance with these terms
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Finances Demystified and its content creators

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through The Demystified Collective, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, guides, graphics, text, and software, are the exclusive property of Finances Demystified or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal purposes only.

7. Educational Content & Financial Disclaimer

The Demystified Collective provides educational content and general information about personal finance and investing. This content is not personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or a substitute for professional financial planning. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. We are not licensed financial advisors, and nothing in this program should be construed as individual financial, legal, or tax advice. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finances Demystified, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the program; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the program; or (d) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the program is to cancel your membership.

9. Changes to Terms and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the program platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the program after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may change our pricing structure for new members at any time. Existing members will maintain their current pricing rate as long as their membership remains active without interruption. If you cancel and later rejoin, the then-current pricing will apply.
